lets face it at 14 + stone im not built for cycling – still the body of a hvy wt kickboxer in there somewhere – but …. Did really enjoy my win in the Ballydougan Road Race !! not easy for a big man !! but thanks to Enda Campbell Ciaran and Ali dragging me up all those hills .. i did take the 2 orchard boys on the sprint !!
