There is some confusion surrounding the Xmas dinner and where to leave deposits
To make things simple, can anyone who is going to the dinner leave a deposit of £10 in a sealed envelope with your name written on the outside in Wheels N Motion with Aaron? I will then collect them every weekend up until the first week in December.
The dinner is in the Ashburn hotel on the 17th December and I think the price is approx £27, menu’s and definite price will be up on the website after the committee meeting on the first monday in November. We need at least 30 people to go to ensure we get the side room for the presentations so get your deposit in quickly!

It’s approaching that time of the year when ghosts, ghouls and mountain bikers haunt the MTB course at Craigavon Lakes.
This year the youngsters are allowed to race so get a good light and we’ll see you there on Friday 29th October
Sign on opens at 6:00pm with racing at:
U8 7:00pm
U10 7:15pm
U 12 7:30pm
Main race 8:00pm duration 45 mins plus one lap

The club AGM has been scheduled in for Sunday 14th November in the Ashburn hotel at 7pm, which ALL club members are urged to attend. Also, the xmas dinner is to go ahead also in the Ashburn Hotel on the 17th December, please let Paul McCormack know that you are going to the dinner and pay him a deposit of £10 per Person.
ApolloCT Cyclo-Cross Race this weekend

This weekend see’s Apollo host its 4th Open event this year. Lurgan Park is the venue for the clubs Open Cyclo cross event which is the first cyclo cross event of the season so large crowds are expected. The club wants to maintain its reputation as one of the best hosting clubs so we are appealing to everyone in the club to give a hand in either setting up the courses or running the event on the day.
At 2pm on Saturday Fred is leading a team who will outline the course and get it ready for marking out on Sunday. On Sunday morning the team will begin setting out the course at 8am with the kids events beginning at 11 am. The main event will begin at 1pm and run for 1 hour. Anyone who is available to help please let Fred Know by the end of the week. Everyone is asked to contribute to the food at the end of the event.
